assist in the monthly close down of the purchase ledger system and generate reports for the Management Accounts team

help promote excellent customer service by providing a query resolution service to both internal and external stakeholders
review and reconciliation of supplier statements
process invoices and credit notes on Pall-Ex’s finance system, ensuring all invoices have been approved for payment in accordance with internal financial regulations

Requirements
A successful track record of managing all aspects of the sales process
previous experience of working in a Business Development role within the logistics sector
experienced in dealing with Senior Management, key stakeholders and working with a range of different businesses simultaneously

capable of working under pressure to achieve targets and objectives
acute attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and reporting to spot commercial gains
