Responsibility
- assist with POD scanning and data entries
- report on KPI’s to the Management Team
- ensure compliance with all transport regulations when carrying out duties
- to complete all necessary administration duties
- report any discrepancies and updates to the Line Manager
- maintain Customer relations through regular communication
- promote collaboration and positive teamwork
- ensure any customer queries and problems are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- drive to a safe standard, considering the size of the vehicle
- keep within the speed limits for the type and size of the vehicle you are driving
- daily Routine General
- arrive on site in sufficient time to plan your route as directed by the Traffic Office
- you are correctly licensed to drive the vehicle you oversee
- ensure that Vehicle daily checks are completed and that any defects are reported
- that the vehicle you drive is both fit and safe to be on the road
- report any issues and collect all paperwork from the Traffic Office
