Responsibility

  • entering cheques, direct debits and standing orders onto the computer system
  • assist with daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting
  • filing of purchase invoices, delivery notes, statements etc and other relevant documentation
  • daily/ weekly bank reconciliation
  • obtaining the correct authorisation on transactions outside the purchase ordering system
  • invoices logged on day received
