Requirements
2 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer support role within the umbrella payroll industry
industry knowledge desired but not essential
exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centred approach
great organisational and time management abilities
superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
the successful candidate must be comfortable communicating and working via phone, SMS, email, and social media channels

taking over an existing client book and managing new client onboarding
assisting clients with Tax and Accounts planning
completing of bookkeeping and reviews of client’s online files to ensure that information is being recorded and allocated correctly
preparation and explanation of year-end accounts, CT600, and Corporation Tax computations for submission
submitting and meeting statutory deadlines for VAT
producing monthly dividend calculations and running payroll giving best tax advice
Requirements
ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified accountant
experience in a contractor focused accountancy practice
staying up to date with applicable laws and regulations I.E IR35 / MSC Legislation
complaint handling and resolution
adherence to ForeTwo’s core values – Service Experience & Compliance
contractor Accounting: 2 years
Contract type
to £45,000 plus 5% annual bonus, increasing to 10% bonus in year 2
monday to Friday with flexible hybrid working
