- raising invoices through Sage 50
- reconciling monies received
- full management of credit control
- liaising with customers regarding queries/ confirmation of payments
- posting purchase invoices through Sage 50
- full management of purchase ledger
- liaising with suppliers regarding queries/payments
- good all round accounting knowledge
- experience in general accounts
- sage50 Accounts
- sage50 Payroll
- able to prioritise workload
- willingness to continually learn new improvements to software programs
- excellent time management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- NVQ or equivalent in Plant Maintenance
- follow company Risk Assessment and safe working procedures for tasks
- wear appropriate company issued PPE at all times
- hold relevant and recognised qualification for above duties
- experience in operating machines
- required to undertake Drugs and Alcohol screening/tests
- mechanical and engineering skills, including previous experience in plant maintenance
- railway and railway plant experience
- carry out other duties as required
- pre study assessment

- A genuine interesting in developing a career in HGV service and maintenance
- provide support to yard staff as required
