  • reconciling monies received
  • full management of credit control
  • liaising with customers regarding queries/ confirmation of payments
  • posting purchase invoices through Sage 50
  • full management of purchase ledger
  • liaising with suppliers regarding queries/payments

Requirements

  • good all round accounting knowledge
  • experience in general accounts
  • sage50 Accounts
  • sage50 Payroll
  • able to prioritise workload
  • willingness to continually learn new improvements to software programs
  • excellent time management skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
