- prepare and cook menu items in a timely and efficient manner
- maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- after the phenomenal success of our first branch in Bellshill, we are now expanding in to East Kilbride and looking to bring onboard experienced full-time staff to help us build and grow in our 2nd location
- provide excellent customer service by answering questions and fulfilling orders as needed
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary
Requirements
- minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions
- strong communication and customer service skills
- availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for quality food and customer satisfaction
- A strong desire to wish to grow within our business. There are some serious opportunities to grow into management as the business continues to grow
