maximise staff productivity while on shift
ensure the billing procedure is thorough, correct and seen through to completion
acquire and communicate feedback to the Directors and Restaurant Manager to improve standards and service
supervise and assist all opening and closing checklists through to completion, ensuring that standards outlined by the Directors are met
Requirements

supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels to minimise waste
implement and uphold food safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards
develop creative drink menus and collaborate with the kitchen on food production for events
foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management
handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in line with hospitality standards
engage in local community events
Requirements
proven supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting
strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings
exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence

GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
