Requirements
A Degree in Marketing, Business or any other relevant degree which includes a marketing element is desirable but not essential
be able to work under pressure to meet the needs of the client
full, clean UK driving license
highly ambitious and driven individual with the ability to drive a department forward
previous experience working for a Marketing Agency is essential
be able to demonstrate experience in leading client relationships including presenting /pitching
knowledge of the property / new homes industry and sector is favorable
be able to demonstrate experience in creating or leading on growth strategy

cultivate close working relationships with existing and potential clients, actively participating in client meetings and contributing to new business pitches
coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver projects for clients and develop compelling new business proposals
ensure adherence to defined timelines and budgets, ensuring the achievement of client-set targets
proactively identify opportunities for additional work from assigned clients, contributing to account growth
responsively address all client requirements, ensuring exceptional service delivery
collaborate with Project Managers and Designers to liaise with assigned clients, crafting comprehensive project briefs and gaining a deep understanding of their requirements
working within an agile working environment you will adapt your time to the agencies requirements to meet targets and strategic objective’s that are set, this would include travel as required, client meetings , client entertaining, industry events, training, and development
contribute to the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction and of new team members, ensuring seamless integration into the company culture and processes
