  • review & revise project specific HSE documentation / site H&S plans
  • auditing and Reporting. Ensuring Projects are audited; H&S indices are tracked, and non-conformances are addressed
  • advise site teams in relation to their duties under relevant legislation & Construction Regulations
  • lead and influence H&S culture across Flynn Projects
  • support and engage the workforce in the identification of occupational health safety and environmental risk and coach them in risk mitigation
  • are completed as required
  • promote and reinforce positive attitudes and behaviours amongst the workforces
  • provide advice & direction to the project management team
