- auditing and Reporting. Ensuring Projects are audited; H&S indices are tracked, and non-conformances are addressed
- advise site teams in relation to their duties under relevant legislation & Construction Regulations
- lead and influence H&S culture across Flynn Projects
- support and engage the workforce in the identification of occupational health safety and environmental risk and coach them in risk mitigation
- are completed as required
- promote and reinforce positive attitudes and behaviours amongst the workforces
- provide advice & direction to the project management team
