Requirements
- someone studying towards an accounting qualification would be an ideal candidate for this role
- attention to detail, a proactive approach and analytical thinking is crucial to this role
- problem-solving is a huge part of what we do, therefore flexible, analytical, and problem-solving skills are key
- experience working in a financial or billing environment is advantageous
- we’re looking for people who will enjoy building up their understanding of complex systems
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- prior telecoms experience is preferable but not essential
- we need people who enjoy mixing with others; our success depends on the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers alike
Responsibility
- ensuring that both purchase and customer orders are matching and billing within a timely manner
- raise non-recurring invoices for various FluidOne services via the billing system
- onboard new customers and renew existing customers on the billing system using order forms provided by the sales team
- raise and track disputes with carriers and ensure we are receiving the required credits
- assist in the maintenance and management of the billing team order queue
- resolve customer queries and issues within the billing as per agreed SLAs
- managing an individual queue of sales orders, investigating, and determining when to issue invoices, cease services or make changes using the order management systems
