- month End Customer Statement Runs
- oversee Dunning Procedure on own ledger including making calls to chase overdues accounts on the debtor’s ledger
- ensure Credit Control policies and procedures are adhered to and understood
- ensure appropriate credit risk processes are followed at all times
- open new customer accounts
- hold / Release and Monitor customer orders and credit exposure
- answering incoming calls and dealing with customer queries
