FLOW SYSTEMS is looking for employees for positions:

- demonstrable experience of bookkeeping: AAT Level 3 minimum
- matching, checking, and coding invoices
- warehouse/driving: 2 years
- administration works to ensure the correct processing of goods in and out of the warehouse
- undertake regular stock cycle counts and resolve any differences identified
- experience in working with business to business in a similar organisation
- experience using Xero software

- reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
- preparation of quarterly management accounts
- matching, checking, and coding invoices
- work as the primary point of contact for incoming calls
- respond to and resolve all customer calls, questions, and emails promptly
- respond to our customer enquiries concerning products, their uses, distribution, and provide the best solutions for their projects and applications
- liaising with IPS Sales Department & suppliers to facilitate cooperation and promote business
- use data to analyse industry trends, opportunities and risks
- manage complex supply accounts and maintain appropriate relationships
- identify, assess and onboard new suppliers that will be beneficial to IPS
- place, chase and book in purchase orders
- use PFEP to maintain optimum stock levels
- use system data to identify and remedy slow moving & obsolete stock
- chase order acknowledgements & ensure their content is correct
- previous experience in a purchasing role & experience of international logistics
- effective negotiator
- analytical thinker able to disseminate complex information. Use data to assist in effective decision making
- effective communicator. Able to arrange & chair effective meetings
- CIPS level 4 is desirable but not essential
- an ability & desire to assess and solve problems
- A team work approach
- A “can do” attitude
