identify and implement best-in-class supply chain and logistics processes to support the company’s growth and customer experience ambitions
this includes optimizing shipping lead times so that we can be more flexible for periods of rapid sales growth
own the import and custom processes for goods and set up the optimal solutions for each market
define, own, report and continuously optimize KPIs connected to your responsibility area
strategically plan and operationally lead the initiatives needed to enable fast global expansion across the full supply chain spectrum including production, transporting, warehousing, and shipping
efficiently lead, build, and develop the internal logistics team and function
radically decrease the cost base for transport, warehousing, and shipping by identifying efficiency potential, the best partners to work with and continuously negotiating contracts
work closely with Flow’s Commercial/Marketing, Analytics, Production and Finance teams in order to align production and shipping order requests with Flow’s growth forecasts
