Responsibility

• as the Head of Finance you'll be responsible for the Finance function at flatfair, working closely with the business to help expand flatfair’s No Deposit product in the UK alongside supporting the broader strategy
• execute and manage the day-to-day finance activities, budgeting process and statutory accounting/tax reporting process

• you'll maintain our Product roadmap and keep all areas of the business informed about changes to our product
• we now offer solutions for managing traditional deposits, integrating with reference providers and have some exciting new projects in the works, too
• you'll be creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance the usability and overall user experience of the product
• whether it's tenants, landlords, agents or residential property partners, our customers already benefit from a market-leading deposit alternative and we're continuing to build out our platform to include more products, more integrations, more choice
• what you’ll bring to the role
• as a Junior Product Manager, you'll understand the diverse needs of our customers, identifying opportunities to improve and expand our product. You'll be conducting user interviews and using data to surface interesting new perspectives
• you'll create and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and API documentation, to ensure clear and comprehensive information is available for customers and internal stakeholders
• as a confident communicator, you'll be able to build rapport, gather information and communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences
• you'll be coordinating new product launches as well as working with our partner development team to deliver improvements to our current product
• you'll be able to demonstrate experience in writing product documentation that is clear, engaging and suitable for the audience
• you'll need to be equally comfortable talking to our different customer groups, internal stakeholders across commercial and operations, as well as working closely with our technical team
• you'll probably have experience as a business analyst, project manager, or in a similar role within a product team
