- oversees administration of key learning programs, including scheduling, logistics and participant registration
- work collaboratively across the People and Talent Team to develop and implement a Learning and Development Strategy aligned with organisations goals and aspirations
- you will design, deliver, and evaluate a range of learning interventions across the organisation, including the delivery of e- learning, coaching, and mentoring
- working closely with the Social Work academy to roll out key joint learning priorities and values are golden threaded in all key learning interventions
- provide guidance and support to line managers in identifying and addressing performance gaps through coaching and development plans and equip them to undertake core management activities and monitors effectiveness of interventions deployed through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics
- manage and oversee the organisations apprenticeship levy, maximising resource to full effect and ensuring the programmes are inclusive, particularly in relation to pre-employment programmes for care leavers
