  • the position is fully office based and our offices are located 5 minutes from Haywards Heath station with great links to London and Brighton
  • they will be responsible for nurturing leads until they are ready to buy, sending out literature, adding them to email automation funnels and making full notes in our system
  • following up on sales team booking appointments to hit sales metrics needed

Responsibility

  • driving your team to hit KPIs both department and company-wide
  • submitting KPI reports to the senior management team and presenting key figures within the whole company meeting
  • onboarding and training of new staff who may have no previous marketing experience
  • providing weekly team training sessions to the team to skill them up further and help them progress their careers
  • conducting group client calls on zoom and giving on-the-spot help and assistance to digital campaigns
  • reviewing the team onboarding of new client calls and client coaching calls offering training and feedback
  • enforcing adherence of client T&Cs to clients if needed
  • work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the correct demographic is enrolled in our training and programmes

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • technology savvy and adaptable, able to learn new systems and platforms fast
  • marketing and or Facebook ad experience

  • 2+ years of proven management experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
