Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- to confirm delivery notes which have been shipped on the same day to enable invoices to be raised
- to assist in management of invoice generation and distribution
- to handle all customer enquiries including Proof of Deliveries, stock availability, pricing queries etc
- to assist in management of Goods Returns Process
- to process quotations via our CRM system
- to follow all Quality Management System processes relevant to role
- to enter orders accurately, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner so they can be picked, packed & shipped by the warehouse on the same day
Requirements
- data entry
- experience dealing with customers at all levels, both commercially and clinical ideally in a scientific or technical industry
- familiarity with using spreadsheets and data sets
- able to work collaboratively as a team across the Operations Department
- ability to work calmly under pressure
