Responsibility
- the role is to provide personalised mortgage and protection advice to existing and new clients
- to consistently maintain minimum Competent Advisor Status requirements
- complete all client transactions in accordance with the company advice process, FCA and compliance requirements
- basic salary starting at £30,000 per year, with a monthly uncapped bonus scheme. Realistic earnings £60-90k for experienced advisers
- to undertake regular client reviews
- to generate client referrals through recommendations from leads provided
- to undertake CPD including product knowledge, sales skills, regulation, industry and market awareness
- to attend sales meetings, training events as required
Requirements
- 2 years proven Mortgage and Protection sales experience preferably in the Broker/IFA market
- working knowledge of mortgage products
- working knowledge of protection products
- understanding of FCA regulations
- ceMAP 1, 2, and 3, or equivalent
- mortgage Advice: 2 years
- protection Advice: 2 years
