Responsibility

  • provide an exceptional level of customer service and continuous customer care
  • ensure sales orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner
  • communicate to customers via phone calls and emails
  • first Circle Packaging Limited manufactures plastic rigid containers across a multitude of sectors including the dairy industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Sales Team at our Head Office in Newport Pagnell
  • create and maintain good working relationships with customers and key accounts
  • you will provide exceptional customer service and support the Customer Account Manager to maintain, build and develop new and existing client relationships with our customers to gain a clear understanding of their businesses and requirements
  • liaise with the warehouse and freight forwarders to arrange deliveries
  • ensure customers are regularly advised with the products available
