Responsibility
- assist senior estimators in preparing estimates for Groundwork Projects, Drainage Surveys and Construction projects
- conduct research on materials, labour costs, and other expenses to ensure accurate estimates
- first Choice Drainage Solutions is a family-run business in the construction, drainage and plumbing sector

- organise and maintain project files and documentation

- analyse and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Requirements
- excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- CAD Experience
- strong analytical and mathematical skills
- higher education in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
- ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- willingness to learn and take on new challenges
