we offer professionalism, clear concise communication, and provide the highest standard of customer service and confidentiality offering respect and dignity supporting our Service Users to maintain independence without prejudice or discrimination
applicants ideally have experience within Domiciliary Care and have aspirations to develop themselves further. Full training and ongoing support will also be provided
ensure holidays, absences and any changes are accurately recorded on the database and essential cover is maintained
maintain and update both carer and client databases on the in house roster management systems

staff who hold level 3 NVQ/Dip receive an enhanced rate of £11.35 p/h

to provide personal care and support to people in their own homes in line with an agreed care and support plan
first Call Healthcare are seeking caring and compassionate Support Workers to deliver outstanding care and support to our clients who wish to remain within their own home, in Gateshead including Bensham, Low fell, Winlaton and Blaydon and surrounding areas
to care for service users in non-discriminatory ways, respecting each user’s dignity, individuality, cultural and social background, and independence
ideally, you will have care experience and a sound knowledge of what it takes to make a difference to our clients by delivering the highest quality of care
