Responsibility
- an exciting position has arisen to join our Home Care Team at First Call Healthcare Ltd
- we offer care and support to Service Users who wish to remain in their own homes
- first Call Healthcare provide a wide range of care packages delivered by a fantastic, experienced team of support staff
- we offer professionalism, clear concise communication, and provide the highest standard of customer service and confidentiality offering respect and dignity supporting our Service Users to maintain independence without prejudice or discrimination
- applicants ideally have experience within Domiciliary Care and have aspirations to develop themselves further. Full training and ongoing support will also be provided
- ensure holidays, absences and any changes are accurately recorded on the database and essential cover is maintained
- maintain and update both carer and client databases on the in house roster management systems
