Responsibility

  • to meet, greet and seat guests with a welcoming approach
  • work as a team, communicating between departments to provide high levels of service to our customers
  • operate the till system and process customer payments
  • preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
  • interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
  • clean, sanitise and prepare tables as required
  • assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
  • help unpack deliveries and report any shorts or breakages
