Requirements
excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
in-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cost optimization strategies
proficiency in financial software and tools, including spreadsheet applications and financial modeling software
proven experience as a Financial Planning Manager or similar role within the gaming, creative or entertainment industry ideally
strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex financial data
experience with VGTR submissions and knowledge of relevant tax regulations is desirable
detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus

Requirements

proven experience within a senior HR advisory/generalist role, including demonstrable evidence of coaching and upskilling managers
excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and constructively challenge, where appropriate
an in-depth knowledge of employment law, best practice and current developments in the HR profession
computer literate with experience of using HR Management Systems
strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise and work to competing deadlines
