  • prepare and update monthly project budget forecasts as needed, ensuring standardized staffing plans and budget files across projects

Requirements

  • excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • in-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cost optimization strategies
  • proficiency in financial software and tools, including spreadsheet applications and financial modeling software
  • proven experience as a Financial Planning Manager or similar role within the gaming, creative or entertainment industry ideally
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex financial data
  • experience with VGTR submissions and knowledge of relevant tax regulations is desirable
  • detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus
