- to ensure all paperwork created by Transport, Production, Factory and Maintenance is fully checked and correctly stored in the IMS
- communicate with Management as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues
- supervise and direct team to carry out or execute jobs that are assigned to them, ensuring that all reports carry out their tasks and duties diligently and effectively for successful completion
- communicate with customers regarding delivery timescales and ensure customers are always kept up to date
- fully update all comments in additional information, using correct template
- liaise with production to ensure all goods due for delivery are ready to be delivered in good time
- maintain contact with drivers throughout the day in regard to location and delivery issues and keep management updated
