- prepare excellent food for breakfast and lunch service
- we are looking for a passionate Chef to join our kitchen team in delivering breakfast and lunch to our guests at Finn Lough
- supervises all food preparation and presentation for breakfast and lunch to ensure quality and restaurant standards
- finn Lough offers a little escapism from the noise-filled world in which we find ourselves and sits on a 50-acre peninsula on the shores of Lough Erne on the Donegal/Fermanagh border
- cooks guests' orders according to their preferences
- we are looking for a Chef that puts an emphasis on the highest standards of food service to ensure we deliver beautifully prepared breakfasts and lunch that reflect the standards of Finn Lough
- employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members do the same
Requirements
- proven working experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen
- familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- strong attention to detail
- ability to listen and communicate effectively
- accommodation
- private room in a shared house is a possibility to relocate, according to availability
