  • responsible for market segmentation of events & awards audiences to ensure we’re communicating with the right people about the right topics
  • responsible for direct mailing schedule relating to events & awards
  • manage relations with exhibitors’ marketing stakeholders to ensure brands are promoting the events and their own attendance in a timely fashion
  • responsible for the delivery of the marketing programme for dentistry shows and dentistry awards around the UK & Ireland with end-to-end delivery of channels
  • collate marketing materials for events & awards working with the design team, production team, & external stakeholders
  • working with the Marketing Director to ensure all channels are covered comprehensively deploying a best-in-class strategy to drive delegate attendance & exhibitor leads
  • keep the Dentistry.co.uk webpages for events & awards up to date with the latest information on speakers, dates, shortlists & details
  • manage relationships with speakers to ensure timely promotion of the events through their own marketing channels and that they’re providing details & assets in a timely fashion
