Responsibility

• being the 1st contact via telephone and or emails
• being in control of our vehicle stock, to include entering them to our in-house database and updating when necessary
• arranging MOT’s , taxing , insuring vehicles and making sure we have all relevant paperwork

• TLO Film Services, the leading suppliers of Picture Vehicles to the Film and Television industry are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for cars to join our ever-expanding team in Eton Wick as an Office and Vehicle Administrator
• selling vehicles from advertising to the final sale
• liaising with our mechanics and sourcing and ordering any parts they require
• assisting the office team with administration tasks, to include completing paperwork required for the production’s needs
• general administration work to include filing/photocopying/scanning/ordering stationery etc
