- the Care Home is situated on the outskirts of a rural village, with spacious grounds that provide outstanding views over the picturesque heart of the Welsh countryside
Requirements
- at least 6 months post registration
- at least 5 years post registration
- excellent written skills for writing reports
- ability to effectively risk assess and develop practices to manage those risks
- A passion for working with people and providing person-centred care
- leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate others
- the capacity to work under pressure and to take a problem-solving approach to work
- effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise own and others’ workload
