  • fil Cymru Care Services is recruiting a Permanent Registered Nurse in a prestige's Nursing Home in Abergavenny
  • the Care Home is situated on the outskirts of a rural village, with spacious grounds that provide outstanding views over the picturesque heart of the Welsh countryside

Requirements

  • at least 6 months post registration
  • at least 5 years post registration
  • excellent written skills for writing reports
  • ability to effectively risk assess and develop practices to manage those risks
  • A passion for working with people and providing person-centred care
  • leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate others
  • the capacity to work under pressure and to take a problem-solving approach to work
  • effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise own and others’ workload
