Requirements

- ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to take their first steps into Total Facilities Management – Hard and Soft services
- maintenance: 2 years
- asset management: 2 years
- people management: 2 years
Responsibility
- implement new initiatives and improved working practices as required to drive the success of the business
- the above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your role within the organisation
- ensure delivery of all contractual obligations, managing all contracted companies to ensure they comply with their contractual obligations
- procure and manage all elements of Landlords works
