Responsibility
- to build strong commercial relationships which aid the delivery of sales and profit targets
- utilise customer databases and marketing tools to make data driven recommendations which better the category, customer and Fenmarc
- to support the Commercial team on how to win with your customer and uphold best practice
- completion of ad-hoc reporting requests
- project work as appropriate
- sales administration as required
- to ensure range & NPD/EPD changes are professionally managed
- input into business forecast – short- and long-term forecasting supported with the customer knowledge & data
Requirements
- what you need –
- FMCG – chilled category – experience essential
- relationship development – ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- selling and negotiation – experience and fundamental understanding of selling and negotiation
- financial acumen – good understanding of P&L and various levers / drivers of performance – with experience of leading on a P&L
- surveying: 1 year
- problem solving and analysis – take ownership of problems by analysis of facts to discover truths, objectively evaluating options and recommending solutions
- tenacity and can-do attitude with high levels of personal organisation and attention to detail, able to adapt and manage a fluid list of priorities
