- \*Oversee daily operations across both FEI and EFB locations controlling and managing inventory and interstice logistics
- \*Review and prepare workflow, manning & space requirements, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- \*Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- \*Develop warehouse operations systems and processes by determining product handling and storage requirements and capacity utilization, equipment utilization, inventory management, and inbound / outbound movements & tracking
