Responsibility
- managing production teams across simultaneous projects to maintain project aspirations
- attend and chair regular senior management, project and site specific meetings
- employ a resolutive attitude to potential issues identified
- working with other operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues
- liaise with the contractors and suppliers to discuss the site demands and requirements to aid the site teams in achieving targets
- assist in the development of the procurement programme
