Responsibility
- to undertake duties associated with a Machinist when needed ensuring full familiarity is maintained with all machines
- assist with maintaining and raising Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements as necessary
- demonstrate and promote a CAN-DO attitude
- ensure all required machinery safety checks are carried out and properly documented and filed
- ensure that all weekly check sheets are completed and returned to the Production Manager for recording and filing
- develop and ensure a team culture that motivates and inspires excellent collective and individual performance, embraces change and that delivers continuous improvement
- working in close liaison with the Production Manager to ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to and that a safe working environment is always maintained
- provide guidance and ensure adherence to all Corporate Policies and Standards, demonstrate personal adherence to the Corporate Responsibilities for the role
