Working hours

Responsibility
- hours are confirmed by fortnightly rota and are subject to the needs of the business and seasonal variations
- we are closed for all Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year
- responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness and hygiene compliant with legal requirements and our own high standards
- required to work as part of a team to deliver high quality food and exceptional customer service
- contract: Part time and full time hours per week including day-time, some evening and weekend shifts
- to work alongside our Bar & Catering Manager to ensure consistent high quality food preparation, cooking and presentation for all events within the building and the Riverside Café
- start Date: As soon as possible
- report immediately to the Deputy General Manager any illness of an infectious nature
Requirements
- experience of preparing, cooking and serving food to specified standards
- banqueting and Event experience
- ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
- sensitive Palate
- creativity and flair for presentation with knowledge of current trends
- calmness under pressure
- highly organized with ability to plan ahead
- supervisory experience
