Responsibility

  • develop and execute digital marketing strategy
  • maintaining, optimising and executing CRM strategy
  • responsible for digital reporting of relevant channels and campaigns
  • brief creative teams for all channel content and seed out
  • leverage the marketing calendar to identify and execute opportunities for mass and high value acquisition including partnerships
  • lead digital team and role model all leadership behaviours, working as part of a small cohesive leadership team
  • work with finance director to improve all performance KPIs: including but not limited to cost-per-acquisition and LTV targets
