Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our busy biscuit packing department
  • the role includes
  • effectively control & monitor the daily operation of Packing Lines and follow agreed Operating Procedures and work instructions
  • meet quality standards documented on QAS
  • keep employees motivated and ensure that production targets are met
  • liaise with Section Leaders to ensure sufficient packaging is available to meet daily production requirements
  • complete all checks required on Line Inspection Sheet while making sure they are factually correct
  • monitor & keep waste to a minimum
