write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons, or unusual occurrences
attend and investigate security intruder and access control alarm activations

valid SIA license

deliver work in accordance with project schedules, design coordination with other M&E trades
providing support to the installation and commissioning teams as required
active Fire System Design including preparing specifications and working sprinkler drawings and 3D models in ac- cordance with relevant codes and standards

manage and collate all customer ‘Key Performance Indicators’ for inclusion in company business reports
manage all requests for annual leave, ensuring that there is adequate cover to maintain services at all times
ensure accurate records of working hours are in place for salary payments and governance purposes
