Responsibility

  • preparing roofs for solar panel installations
  • supporting the fitting of mounting systems on pitched tiled and slate roofs
  • removing and refitting tiles/slates with precision
  • ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • working collaboratively with electricians and other team members
  • maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site
  • we’re looking for an experienced Roofer to join our growing team to support our electricians with the installation of solar PV systems
  • this is a hands-on role that involves working across a variety of properties, ensuring safe and efficient access and mounting of solar panels

Requirements

  • proven experience working on both tiled and slate roofs
  • comfortable working at height and using access equipment
  • strong understanding of roofing safety practices
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent attention to detail
  • full clean driving licence
  • must be prepared to travel
