- senior Residential and Residential Therapeutic Childcare Workers
- we will support you to make positive relationships with the children in your care within our relational model
- we are an outstanding rated home looking for full time, part time and bank residential childcare workers to work in our 5 bedded home
- applicants must have the desire, passion, skills and understanding to work with vulnerable children and young people in a caring familial environment whilst they recover from trauma, regain stability, build resilience, trust and develop independence skills
- staff who have compassion and have the ability to build nurturing relationships with young people that have suffered trauma in their early years
- we are looking for staff who can bring a sense of enjoyment and fun when working with children and young people
- resilience, compassion and empathy are key qualities for this role. As is the ability to be patient and listen and have fun
- training will be provided to help equip and enable you to build on your skills, embrace and deliver our therapeutic culture and principles
