Responsibility

  • this includes screening resume’s, contacting suitable candidates and organising interviews for the hiring managers
  • using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • ensure consistency of job boards are updated and are in the correct format
  • measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
  • supporting with organising onboarding plans for new starters, including the set up of bootcamp
  • assist with administrative duties, such as new starter paperwork, employment letters and data capture
  • responsible for resourcing candidates for all roles across Head Office and Studio in the UK and US, working closely with P&D Manager and hiring managers
  • carry out regular file audits, to ensure FaceGym records are up to date and compliant
