EXPRESS VEGETABLES is looking for employees for positions:
- previous experience driving HGV. Food industry experience desired but not required
- hold a valid CAT C driving licence with no more than 6 points
- hold valid Digi Tacho cards & CPC
- forklift licence is required
- truck driving: 2 years
- liaise with production to ensure everything is loaded in order and safely stowed for departure

- manage the production team to ensure that all systems and procedures are carried out correctly
- ensure the production plan is completed in an efficient manner
- ensure all operations are carried in a safe and legal manner
- ensure that full traceability maintained for all products
- understand and follow the HACCP plan and associated documentation
- ensure records for all production process are properly completed
- have an understanding of the BRC standard and know what standards are required in a BRC accredited factory
- provide technical input on customer visits and audits
- experience working in a BRC accredited food factory is essential
- HACCP training essential
- food Hygiene training essential
- internal auditing training desirable
- high attention to detail to ensure standards are met
- good communication skills
- familiarity with Microsoft computer systems
- hold a valid forklift licence
- be organised
- accurate recording in order to comply with BRC standards
- to be mechanically minded for general maintenance and repairs
- maintenance: 3 years
- warehouse: 2 years
- weymouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
