Job Advert Are your passionate about pool safety, a pro at teamwork and making every swimmer's day, then this role is for you! We are recruiting for a lifeguard Team Leader at Exmouth Leisure Centre. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the pool and facilities making sure everything flows smoothly. Be the lifeline of communication between our lifeguards and management. Dive deep into Skillgate compliancy to ensure everyone's skills are ship shape. Assist the Duty Managers with lifeguard rota's Ensure all swimmers have a fantastic experience whilst adhering to all safety protocols. Lead by example and inspire your team with a proactive approach Assist with water testing and maintain records to ensure our pool is kept in perfect condition. Be a friendly face of our facility, answering questions and assisting members Handle various duties as required, from cleaning, basic maintenance, utility readings & front of house duties. Attend regular meetings to keep everyone in the loop. Connect with lifeguards for 1-2-1 meetings to nurture their growth Ready to climb the ladder? Take on relief Duty Management shifts when available Essential skills: Current R.L.S.S.
