- executing on Execuzen’s priority searches
- identifying, approaching and qualifying appropriate candidates for client mandates
- creating and maintaining market maps of Hedge Funds and Investment Banks for Senior Consultants, Directors and MDs
- using LinkedIn, Bloomberg and other means to source candidates and set up calls
- consistently maintain the company’s database to ensure it is up to date
- be able to successfully resource the correct caliber of candidates
- continually headhunt for potential talent
- formatting of CV’s and writing up notes from Calls
