Responsibility
- the role will require you to complete various tasks to ensure a smooth running of the department
- daily allocation of suppliers to work directly from the inbox using colour coding for categories to be actioned
- supplier Update/DNA/No Contact / IPUR still to be separated into separate Inbox folders and actioned as labelled
- monitor quality of the updates provided and feedback to suppliers where improvements are required
- reduce unnecessary updates that the business receives
- provide support to the Supplier Management Team and Rehab WO team as and when required by management
- this will include; daily work allocation by using colour coding, to action any emails, monitor any update and provide feedback for suppliers where improvements are required
- as part of this you will also be required to carry out chases to key accounts to ensure SLA's are hit, as well as managing incoming calls and any messages received in the business
