experience in the use and management of customer technical portals and customer specifications and artwork approval processes
HACCP qualified or working towards
allergen and food authenticity awareness
Responsibility
lead and maintain the quality management system, HACCP, document control and internal audit programs to ensure compliance with BRC standards, customer codes of practice and legislation to ensure the safe production of food
provide relevant training material to departments to ensure any new revision is embedded and maintained
collating and generating Technical information to be used for Senior Management Meetings and third-party audits
assist with customer specification approval, artwork approval, and deputise for the Technical Specification Technologist
