Responsibility

  • scheduling of short-term production plans to meet customer demands
  • to create and maintain production orders / documents within the ERP system
  • call off raw materials and packaging from external warehousing via the system to meet production schedules
  • creation & Maintenance of all bills of materials within the ERP System
  • liaise with suppliers regarding material availability, lead times and faulty goods
  • create and Maintain purchase order with packaging suppliers
  • responsible for providing accurate and timely information for planning purposes
  • liaising with various functions within the business including Warehouse, Technical, Finance and Production
