• support the Financial Director and Management Accountant in the implementation of the Odoo system across the group
• reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• prepare and submit monthly payroll information to the outsourced payroll provider

• assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements
• assist in the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts for the companies within the group
• prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax filings

Responsibility

• credit Control in the recovery of debts, a key part of the role
• bank account reconciliations and assist the Management Accountant with the daily cash flow
• raise Intercompany Management Charge Invoices
