Requirements
- you’ll focus on the development of our menu, kitchen operations, and most importantly our kitchen teams
- you’ll support your venues to operate safely, and whilst ensuring they are delivering our brand standards
- with the continued growth of our estate, we are looking for a new Operations Chef to join our Operations team and oversee the kitchen operations for our venues in Central and Greater London
- as our Operations Chef, you’ll be supporting Kitchen Managers and venue management teams to deliver the high-quality food and service we’ve become famous for
Responsibility
- observing service at peak times to provide insight and suggest operational improvements
- conduct regular audits on food quality and ways of working and provide follow-up coaching and support to venues
- working alongside the wider Operations team to improve business performance
