greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
assist with food preparation, such as assembling appetizers or desserts
set up and break down banquet or catering events
maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Requirements
previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment as needed
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
