- take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- assist with food preparation, such as assembling appetizers or desserts
- set up and break down banquet or catering events
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Requirements
- previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment as needed
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
