Responsibility

  • greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  • ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
  • assist with food preparation, such as assembling appetizers or desserts
  • set up and break down banquet or catering events
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Requirements

  • previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
  • strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
  • ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment as needed
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
