Responsibility
- lead and manage all aspects of catering operations at Westonbirt Arboretum
- oversee the day-to-day management of multiple food outlets, including the , ensuring high service standards and efficient operations
- develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and exceed client expectations
- lead and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and customer-focused team environment
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading and motivating a diverse team of culinary and service professionals
- ensure consistent delivery of all offerings across all outlets
- the day-to-day management of the café and kitchen including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards
