Responsibility
- internal Use only - This position is Grade F , Travel Level 4 and is be based in KP
- the HR Operations Manager will lead the provision of a high quality and responsive HR Service, coordinating the workflow and ensuring that the operations team is actively engaged in the continuous improvement of all HR Operations
Requirements
- we are looking for someone to
- managing the HR Operations Team to ensure effective and accurate administrative delivery of HR lifecycle administrative processes
- review current processes and develop automated solutions in order to support in the digitisation of the HR Operations function
- develop relevant guides, process maps and training materials to effectively communicate and implement new processes and procedures
- produce monthly KPIs and reports in order to meet the needs of the business and stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in HR KPIs
- ensure the processing of leave requests based on data provided by the company
