the purpose of the MOC Duty Engineer is to maximise aircraft availability by coordinating with Flight Operations and CAMO departments, ensuring minimum disruption and performance of required maintenance, while ensuring a safe and airworthy operation

assist with the development of the Management Systems Manual, CAME, CAMO Procedures and customer interface documents
assist in management, control and development of CAMO Risk Assessments ensuring all staff are aware of contents
assist in compilation and management of quarterly SAG and SRB meetings and resulting actions
liaise, when necessary, with the Competent Authority
assist with company and department training i.e. SMS initial and refresher
assist and development and control of the expanding SMS for ECL i.e. CAMO Compliance Audits, CAMO Third Party Audits, CAMO Postal Audits. Manage timely closure of audit findings both internal and external
assist with the management of Safety Reports and relevant investigations both internal and external, ensuring correct root cause analysis, corrective actions and closure within timescales

Responsibility
liaise with the Compliance Department during internal and external audits to provide requested documentation
ensure that all maintenance documentation is completed accurately, legibly, and in compliance with Part 145, Part M, and company procedures
to support the efficient planning, scheduling, and control of aircraft maintenance activities in compliance with UK CAA Part 145 regulations, and to ensure effective management, control, and archiving of technical documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements
