  • liaise, when necessary, with the Competent Authority
  • assist with company and department training i.e. SMS initial and refresher
  • assist and development and control of the expanding SMS for ECL i.e. CAMO Compliance Audits, CAMO Third Party Audits, CAMO Postal Audits. Manage timely closure of audit findings both internal and external
  • assist with the management of Safety Reports and relevant investigations both internal and external, ensuring correct root cause analysis, corrective actions and closure within timescales

Responsibility

  • liaise with the Compliance Department during internal and external audits to provide requested documentation
  • ensure that all maintenance documentation is completed accurately, legibly, and in compliance with Part 145, Part M, and company procedures
  • to support the efficient planning, scheduling, and control of aircraft maintenance activities in compliance with UK CAA Part 145 regulations, and to ensure effective management, control, and archiving of technical documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements
